Cottage Bowling team takes on Mill Springs & Cumberland

Bowling, Cougar Athletics

The mighty Cougar Bowling team headed to Stars and Strikes last Friday to take on Mill Springs and Cumberland. In a round of 2 games, our Cougars battled but sadly did not come out victorious. In the first game we started off strong with a Strike by Cole. He declared “That’s how Cole rolls.” Austin Schwartz had 5 spares in a row, and the team finished the first game ahead of Mills Springs, but behind Cumberland. 426 for the Cougars. 445 for Cumberland and 389 for Mill Springs. The slow play of other players and a few stuck balls threw our players off in the third game. We ended the second game Cumberland 497, Mill Springs 439 and Cougars 390.

We look forward to our next match on Friday 10/4 at home against Howard and Cumberland.
