If you have selected to pay by Credit Card. Credit Card payments are subject to a convenience fee of 3% and this fee is NON REFUNDABLE at all times. No convenience fee will be added if you choose the Checking Account payment option at checkout. Electronic check payments made through this system will appear on your bank statement once the payment clears your bank.
